HOW TO FIND FREZYDERM PRODUCTS

Our site has many ways to you find the right FREZYDERM products for you.

Products Category

In the main menu, by clicking on or hovering over "Products", you will see all product categories and subcategories based on your needs (e.g. Face, Body, Baby, etc.). You have the option of viewing them either as a list, or individually with their detailed description and price.

Product Lines Category

In the main menu, by clicking on or hovering over "Product Lines" you will see all the FREZYDERM product lines, where there is a description of each line and some of the products that belong to it. In addition, in the product lines slider on the home page you will be able to find the product line that interests you.

Search Field

Enter the product name you are interested in into the search box at the top right of each page. The results will be presented as a list of products that match the keywords entered.  

"Find what suits you” application

To help visitors to the site, FREZYDERM has developed a "Find what suits you" application where, through the selection of categories, you can find the products that suit your specific needs. 

SHOPPING

At the FREZYDERM online store, all purchases are easy, fast and secure. After you add the product you are interested in to your basket, you can either add more products, remove a product, or proceed to checkout. Then follow the instructions below:

Step 1: At checkout you can fill in your email and password, if you are already a registered user, or you can register by creating a new account with the site (for security reasons your password must be longer than 3 characters), or resume your purchases as a guest (guest checkout).

*You can change account details at any time (i.e. address, phone, etc.). You are also able to view your order history.

Step 2: Before completing your order, you can specify an order delivery address different from the one stated in your personal data. After checking the products, quantity and the total cost of the order, select the payment method. You will then be automatically transferred to an external secure web site, where your order will be completed after you fill in your credit card or PayPal details. Finally, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Coupon Codes
From time to time, we will offer our customers special promotional coupons codes via email. These coupons codes are available for a limited time only and expire on the date communicated. To use your coupon code simply enter it in the relevant field on the Shopping Basket page or on the Delivery/Billing page during the Checkout process. When a coupon code is accepted, it will be displayed on the total cost of your order.

Please Note: Promotion coupons codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one coupon code may be used per online order.
