SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be sent to FREZYDERM's warehouse located in Athens, Greece, and you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. The order will be delivered to the address you have indicated.
Your order will be dispatched by the carrier nominated by Frezyderm (UPS). 

Due to Brexit, your Frezyderm parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. Please read our Brexit Update.

All orders are forwarded, sent and delivered on working days. Shipping cost is charged to the customer and is displayed during checkout.

After dispatch, deliveries take 4-8 business days.
For Scotland Highlands/Islands deliveries take 4-10 business days.
